Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Glovebox Driver (the app and gloveboxdriver.app). By using it you agree to them. If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What the app is, and is not
Glovebox Driver helps you keep records: receipts, jobs, duty time, routes, nights away, and pay. Its tax figures (deductions, estimated tax, amounts to set aside, quarterly payments) are estimates for planning only, not tax, legal, or financial advice. They depend on what you enter and what the app reads, and tax rules change. Confirm everything with a qualified tax professional before you file or pay. You are responsible for your own returns, payments, and records.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give a working email address.
- Keep your sign-in codes, device, and receipt address private. You are responsible for what is sent to your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your content
Your receipts, documents, and records stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you, including reading documents with AI once you allow it. Only upload or forward documents you have the right to share.
Subscriptions
If the app offers a subscription, the price, length, and what it includes are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data, no overloading or reverse engineering the service.
No warranty; limit of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that its readings, estimates, or maps are accurate or complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for taxes, penalties, or interest, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
